Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Whitehall Area

• →Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming raw materials and finished goods.
• →Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier specifications.
• →Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate material handling equipment.
• →Maintain organized inventory of received and shipped items, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
• →Verify contents of shipments against purchase orders, invoices, or other records.
• →Operate forklifts and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• →Process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management and transaction processing
• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with the role

• Experience operating a forklift, particularly with a valid certification.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for inventory management.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain accurate records for quality control and auditing.
• Familiarity with common shipping carrier software and online portals.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
