Shipping & Receiving Lead - Mason Area

• →Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of materials.
• →Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving associates, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• →Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates.
• →Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics departments to optimize material flow and resolve discrepancies.
• →Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies within the shipping and receiving department.
• →Operate and maintain material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• →Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and international customs forms.
• →Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in shipping and receiving.

• 3+ years experience in a shipping/receiving role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficient in using ERP systems for shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Demonstrated experience with forklift operation and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and transaction processing.
• Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment.
• Proven ability to train and mentor junior shipping/receiving personnel.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs documentation.
