Shipping & Receiving Lead - Zeeland Area

• →Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• →Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving personnel.
• →Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• →Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics to meet shipping deadlines.
• →Operate and maintain material handling equipment safely.
• →Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience, including training, coaching, and supervising a team.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift certification and demonstrated safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Strong understanding of shipping logistics, carrier management, and international shipping regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with the role.

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and optimize processes.
