Shop Foreman - Cadillac Area

• →Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• →Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• →Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• →Manage inventory of tools, materials, and supplies.
• →Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Forklift certification or other heavy equipment operation experience.
• First Aid and/or CPR certification.
