Shop Foreman - Charlotte Area

We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking Shop Foremans. • →Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• →Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• →Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• →Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• →Manage inventory of parts, materials, and tools.
• →Collaborate with engineering and management on project planning and execution.
• →Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including welding, machining, and fabrication
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, particularly in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing designs and blueprints
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior technicians
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to communicate with a diverse workforce
