Shop Foreman - Delta Township Area

• →Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the manufacturing shop floor.
• →Supervise, train, and mentor a team of skilled technicians and production staff.
• →Ensure efficient workflow, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to production schedules.
• →Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
• →Conduct regular equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs.
• →Monitor production output, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• →Collaborate with engineering and management to resolve technical challenges and improve product quality.

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency with CAD software for reviewing designs.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate technical information.
• Proven track record of mentoring or training junior technicians.
