Shop Foreman - Norton Shores Area

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in using an ERP system for production tracking
• Certification in a relevant skilled trade (e.g., welding, machining)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior technicians
