Shop Foreman - Rockford Area

• →Supervise, train, and mentor manufacturing technicians.

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
