Shop Foreman - St. Johns Area

We are partnering with organizations in St. Johns that are seeking Shop Foremans. • →Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• →Manage, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• →Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing specifications.
• →Implement and maintain safety protocols and a clean work environment.
• →Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• →Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• →Collaborate with engineering and management on project planning and execution.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools, as well as operating manufacturing machinery.

• Experience with CAD software for reviewing designs
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish
• Proven ability to train and mentor junior technicians
