Shop Manager - Charlotte Area

We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking Shop Managers. • →Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
• →Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure product integrity and reduce defects.

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems

• Additional certifications or training
