Shop Manager - Hart Area

• →Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
• →Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure product standards.

• →Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing facility.
• →Optimize shop processes for efficiency and cost reduction through continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Maintain production equipment, coordinating maintenance and repair activities.

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and inventory
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Additional certifications or training
