Shop Manager - Lansing Area

We are partnering with organizations in Lansing that are seeking Shop Managers. • →Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation.
• →Manage and mentor shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage and optimize production schedules
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Additional certifications or training
