• →Develop and update control plans and standard work.
• →Run design of experiments and measurement system studies.
• →Support audits and corrective actions for quality systems.

• →Analyze production data to find root causes of quality issues.
• →Coach Green Belts and project teams on Six Sigma tools.

• Five or more years in manufacturing process improvement.
• Strong statistical analysis and Minitab skills.
• Proven record of leading DMAIC projects to completion.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Black Belt certification from a recognized program.

• Background in automotive or medical device production.
• Experience training and mentoring Green Belts.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
• Master Black Belt or advanced statistics coursework.
• Lean manufacturing experience alongside Six Sigma.
