• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Green Belts and Yellow Belts
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 solutions within a Six Sigma framework
