• →Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects across manufacturing operations.
• →Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading complex improvement projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying a comprehensive range of Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DFSS) and statistical tools (ANOVA, Regression, DOE) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to drive significant operational improvements, evidenced by quantifiable results in areas such as cost reduction, yield improvement, and lead time reduction.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience mentoring Green Belts and leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions within a manufacturing context
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior-level Black Belts
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python) for advanced analytics
• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies
