• →Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• →Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• →Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects and variation, and develop sustainable solutions.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption of new methods.
• →Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to build organizational capability.
• →Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the application of Six Sigma and Lean principles across manufacturing operations.
• →Report project progress, results, and financial impact to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with demonstrated project leadership.
• Minimum 5 years experience applying Black Belt methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor Green Belts.
• Track record of delivering significant, measurable financial and operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles.

• Experience with digital manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for process optimization).
• Lean-Agile certification or experience applying Agile principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and other continuous improvement practitioners.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python with statistical libraries).
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with significant financial impact or strategic importance.
