• →Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements.
• →Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• →Develop and implement robust data collection strategies and perform advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects and variation.
• →Drive the application of Lean principles to eliminate waste and optimize manufacturing processes.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure successful project implementation and sustainment.
• →Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Six Sigma tools and methodologies for various levels of the organization.
• →Monitor and report on project progress, results, and sustainment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with at least 3 years of experience leading Black Belt projects.
• Proven track record of delivering significant, measurable financial savings and operational improvements through Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced statistical tools (e.g., DOE, Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor Green Belts and lead cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) beyond basic Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) or significant experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for process optimization).
