Staff Accountant - Mason Area

We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking Staff Accountants. • →Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and inventory.
• →Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, preparing journal entries and accruals.
• →Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production data.
• →Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• →Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• →Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with inventory accounting and cost accounting principles

• Experience with an ERP system like SAP or Oracle
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• CPA or CMA certification
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
• Experience with inventory costing methods (e.g., standard costing, FIFO)
