Staff Accountant - Traverse City Area

• →Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close.
• →Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
• →Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• →Analyze manufacturing costs and variances.
• →Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports.
• →Support annual external audits and provide requested documentation.
• →Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

• Additional certifications or training
