• →Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

• Apprenticeship completion or equivalent experience (4+ years) in tool and die making.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Expertise in operating manual and CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders, EDMs).
• Strong understanding of metallurgy, heat treatment, and material properties.
• Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Solid problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving tooling issues.

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam) for design and programming.
• Experience operating and programming CNC machinery (e.g., mills, lathes, EDM).
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
• Familiarity with various heat treatment processes and material properties.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot common issues on tooling and machinery.
