• →Operate a variety of manual and CNC machine tools, including mills, lathes, and grinders.

• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM).
• Demonstrated expertise in the use of precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Strong understanding of metallurgy, heat treatment, and material properties.
• Adept at problem-solving and troubleshooting during the tool and die making process.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam)
• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machinery
• Background in metallurgy or material science
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
• Certification in a specialized skill (e.g., welding, metrology, advanced machining)
