• →Design and build precision metal stamping dies, tools, and fixtures.
• →Operate a variety of machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a certified apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Tool and Die making within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of various machining processes, including milling, turning, grinding, and EDM
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam) for design and programming
• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machinery (e.g., mills, lathes, EDM)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Certification in a specialized skill such as welding, heat treatment, or precision grinding
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) specifications
