Tool Maker - Holland Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Tool Makers. • →Fabricate, alter, and repair a variety of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
• →Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.
• →Set up and operate a wide range of machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM equipment.
• →Perform precision measurements using instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for tool failures or production issues.
• →Maintain and repair existing tooling to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
• →Collaborate with engineers and production personnel on tool design and improvement projects.

• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Expertise in operating and maintaining a variety of machine tools (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders, EDMs).
• Strong understanding of metallurgy, heat treatment, and material properties.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Demonstrated experience in tool design, fabrication, and repair.
• Solid knowledge of GD&T principles and their application.
