• →Oversee the maintenance and repair of all tooling and equipment.

• Proficiency in using SolidWorks or similar CAD software for fixture design and modification.
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP).
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and programming.
• Experience with implementing and managing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
