Tool Room Supervisor - Grand Haven Area

• →Supervise daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient workflow.
• →Manage tool inventory, including procurement, storage, and issuance.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in a tool room environment, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in precision machining techniques, including CNC operation and manual machining.
• Strong knowledge of tooling materials, heat treatment processes, and GD&T.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for tooling design and manufacturing.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory and work order management
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam)
• Forklift operator certification
