Tool Room Supervisor - Holland Area

• →Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• →Manage the repair, maintenance, and fabrication of production tooling and equipment.
• →Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all tools and machinery.
• →Supervise and train tool room personnel, fostering a skilled and productive team.
• →Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards within the tool room.
• →Maintain accurate inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials.
• →Collaborate with production and engineering departments to optimize tooling solutions.

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing tool room, with at2 least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficient in the operation and programming of CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders).
• Strong understanding of precision measurement tools and metrology.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Experience with inventory management and procurement of tooling and consumables.
