Tool Room Supervisor - Ludington Area

• →Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• →Manage the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all tooling and equipment.

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs for tool room equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for tooling design and analysis.
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., machining, metrology, quality).
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for inventory and work order management.
