Tool Room Supervisor - Mattawan Area

• →Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• →Manage the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all tools and equipment.
• →Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for tooling.
• →Supervise and train tool room technicians, fostering skill development and safety adherence.
• →Maintain accurate inventory records of tools, spare parts, and consumables.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing tool room environment.
• Proven experience in supervising or leading a team of technicians.
• Strong knowledge of various machining processes (e.g., milling, turning, grinding, EDM).
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs for tool room machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex tooling and production issues.
