Training Manager / Coordinator - Alpena Area

• →Deliver onboarding training for new hires on safety, quality, and standard work.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating or delivering training in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of safety and standard work practices on a production floor.
• Strong recordkeeping and organization skills.

• Familiarity with OSHA training requirements.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Prior experience as a production supervisor or lead.
• Certificate in training or instructional design.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
