Training Manager / Coordinator - Ann Arbor Area

• →Audit work areas to confirm trained methods are followed.
• →Report training progress and completion rates to plant leadership.
• →Plan and schedule training sessions for production and support staff.
• →Deliver onboarding training for new hires on safety, quality, and standard work.

• →Work with supervisors to identify skill gaps on the floor.
• →Update training materials when processes or equipment change.

• Comfort using spreadsheets or learning management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating or delivering training in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of safety and standard work practices on a production floor.
• Strong recordkeeping and organization skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with hourly staff and supervisors.

• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with OSHA training requirements.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Prior experience as a production supervisor or lead.
• Certificate in training or instructional design.
