Training Manager / Coordinator - Battle Creek Area

• →Design and develop training materials, including presentations, work instructions, and job aids.
• →Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring alignment with production schedules.
• →Deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees at all levels.

• →Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
