Training Manager / Coordinator - Charlotte Area

• →Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs for diverse audiences (e.g., shop floor, engineers, management).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
