Training Manager / Coordinator - Delta Township Area

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Delta Township seeking experienced Training Manager / Coordinators. • →Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.

• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs (e.g., safety, quality, technical skills).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
