Training Manager / Coordinator - DeWitt Area

• →Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing employees.
• →Coordinate external vendor training and manage scheduling for shop floor personnel.
• →Maintain and update training records, materials, and the learning management system.
• →Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• →Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• →Onboard new manufacturing hires with essential safety and operational training.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
