Training Manager / Coordinator - East Lansing Area

• →Develop and implement training programs for all levels of manufacturing personnel.
• →Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

• →Maintain accurate training records and certifications to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
