Training Manager / Coordinator - Holland Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Training Manager / Coordinators. • →Develop and implement training programs for all manufacturing personnel.
• →Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• →Assess training needs through collaboration with department managers and employees.

• →Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
• →Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for manufacturing.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple training projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Additional certifications or training
