Training Manager / Coordinator - Lansing Area

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Lansing seeking experienced Training Manager / Coordinators. • →Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• →Coordinate and schedule all internal and external training sessions.

• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs (e.g., technical skills, safety, compliance).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
