Training Manager / Coordinator - Montague Area

• →Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• →Coordinate and schedule all training activities, including external vendors.
• →Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
