Training Manager / Coordinator - Norton Shores Area

We are partnering with organizations in Norton Shores that are seeking Training Manager / Coordinators. • →Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
