Training Manager / Coordinator - St. Johns Area

• →Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel.
• →Coordinate and schedule all internal and external training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

• →Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress and certification.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in training coordination or management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
