Training Manager / Coordinator - Walker Area

We are partnering with organizations in Walker that are seeking Training Manager / Coordinators. • →Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• →Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
