Training Manager / Coordinator - Wyoming Area

• →Develop and deliver training programs for manufacturing employees.
• →Coordinate external training providers and internal subject matter experts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to conduct training needs assessments and develop effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
