Validation Engineer - Battle Creek Area

• →Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in validation within a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device preferred).
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations (e.g., CFR Part 210, 211, 820) and industry standards.
• Proven experience authoring and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment, processes, and software.
• Demonstrated ability to perform risk assessments and root cause analysis.

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., MiniTab, JMP).
• Familiarity with automation systems and software (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLC programming).
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar professional certification.
• Experience with risk management tools and techniques (e.g., FMEA, PHA).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles applied to manufacturing systems.
