Value Stream Manager - Allendale Area

• →Define and optimize value stream mapping processes to identify and eliminate waste.
• →Lead cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and their practical application (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S).
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
