Value Stream Manager - Byron Center Area

• →Define, analyze, and improve value streams from end-to-end to eliminate waste and enhance flow.

• →Champion a culture of problem-solving and continuous learning within the value stream.

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with simulation software for value stream mapping.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members in Lean methodologies.
