Value Stream Manager - Caledonia Area

• →Drive end-to-end value stream performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• →Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• →Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize material flow, reduce waste, and improve lead times.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience implementing and sustaining Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
