Value Stream Manager - East Lansing Area

• →Drive the end-to-end value stream to achieve key performance indicators in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• →Lead and mentor cross-functional teams using Lean principles and tools to identify and eliminate waste.

• →Facilitate daily management systems and problem-solving activities to address performance gaps and sustain improvements.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members in Lean principles
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, automation)
