• →Drive end-to-end value stream performance from raw material to customer delivery.
• →Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve continuous improvement goals.

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping, with a track record of driving continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
