Value Stream Manager - Holt Area

• →Define and optimize value streams to improve flow and eliminate waste.
• →Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• →Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream effectiveness.
• →Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the value stream.
• →Manage resource allocation and budget for assigned value streams.
• →Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance value stream performance.
• →Collaborate with supply chain and sales to ensure alignment with customer demand.
• →Mentor and develop team members in lean methodologies and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing methodologies and tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
