Value Stream Manager - Jenison Area

• →Define, monitor, and improve value stream performance metrics.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) and their practical application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects to successful completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
